Border Wars Information
January 2007 was the first team vs. team match up that pit Nebraska against Iowa in what is now referred to as the “Border Wars”. Approximately every 6 months the two states meet for a team competition played on the hardwood and plastic that is the Foosball table.

The idea for the Border war was originally intended to be an in-state event pitting city versus city in the same style format. After the idea was kicked around for a few months the word got out to some key players in the Iowa area and the event was put together by Dick Schneider from Nebraska and Chad Benesh from Iowa.
